30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for non-customized (basic/standard) products.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs
For normal (non-defective) returns:

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customized / Personalized Products (Important)
Customized or personalized products (including engraved or specially made memorial items) are not eligible for return or refund.
However, if:
- The item arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong item
- There is a manufacturing defect
